How our clients use technology is an important part of our service excellence. We offer our clients a choice of going online or handling payroll completely through email. In either case, you get the same robust suite of payroll reporting with less complexity and risk. At VPM, you are not required to take lengthy software training, install software updates, or be expected to be expert on any software, because you can get all your reports securely through email or by using simple online web technology that is straightforward and always up to date. You will also not find yourself lost or frustrated while waiting in support phone queues or spending time researching online support for your particular question or issue. Instead, you save time with technology and have it work for you in a way that respects your time. By making sure we provide service in technology that is a work-life fit for you, in addition to saving time it can improve day-to-day job satisfaction and reduce on-going setup and key-person risks while you engage with your business. Our Technology Platform
We have a secure propriety payroll system that gives our managers and employees easy online access to a web-based portal (desktop, tablet or mobile) for self-serve reporting of paystubs and a suite of payroll reports. Employees can securely access their account, and designated company managers can access payroll reports for every employee and the organization.
Employees and managers can receive all the same payroll reports though automated password protected PDF files over email, saving time each pay period and eliminating the need to login to any system for routine and regularly occurring reporting. If an email is missed for any reason, managers can request their point-of-contact manually email them, or if they prefer the employee or manager can log in to our portal and service themselves.
We are able to work with your accounting system and general ledger by mapping GL accounts to our payroll system, producing reports or file-based system integration options as desired. If you would like to discuss this further and in more detail, please contact us.
